Description: Qeema Pav or Keema Pav is a very popular dish in India. It is originated a long time back in Irani's restaurants in Mumbai. In this dish goat minced is cooked with spices and served with a bread called Pav. It is truly a wonderful dish. In this video, I am cooking my own version of Qeema Pav. So let's get started. Please stay tuned @Chef Ashish Kumar Ingredients: 250 grams of goat minced, 2 medium-sized onions, 3-4 green chilies, a few coriander leaves, 1 big-sized tomato, 100 grams of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 2-3 bay leaves, 1 piece of cinnamon, 1 black cardamom, 4 pieces of cloves, 10-12 peppercorns, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, a half teaspoon of turmeric powder, red chili powder as per taste, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, salt as per taste, a half teaspoon of Garam Masala powder, a half teaspoon of fennel powder, 1/4th tablespoon of mace and cardamom powder that is ground in 2:1 ratio, butter to baste Pav, 1 whole piece of Pav bread.
